I love this place. No lie. The best nail salon I have ever been to. The customer service is excellent!! The technicians are very attentive & kind
Worst nail dip experience ever. Multiple cuticle burns from equipment. Sloppy job. He couldn't care less. First time in my life I didn't leave a tip. I will NEVER be back. I was not the only dissatisfied customer there in the 45 min minutes I was there. All 3 ladies were miffed!
Two customers in the salon and sign on the door that states walk in accepted. I walk in and ask for nails to be done and he tells me he only does appointments. I say why do you have a sign on the door stating you accept walk ins? He hesitates and simply says he can’t service me. Never got up to make an appointment for me or apologize. Will not come back ever again!!!!!!!!!!! Told them to remove their sign if their not accepting walk ins!!!! Or lock the door!!!
NEVER disappointed when going here. The only shop I trust.
Poor customer service I walked in asked if I could use restroom one guy stated yes mind you there was no sign stating that their bathrooms are out of service or not for customer while I proceeded to the back the other guy spoke in a different language and then they looked at me and said ohh no you can’t mind you I’m 9 months pregnant 38 weeks 5 days so disrespectful if you had a problem you could either stated why I couldn’t in English they could’ve let me use their restroom and not have been so rude very unprofessional.. I will not give them any of my business nor will I recommend anyone to!
