I just had to write a review after the Awesome Customer Service I received from the leasing manager Tracey. She was very professional and on it from day one. She listened to my concerns and assisted me throughout the entire process. I would give her 10 stars if I could. If your looking for a clean and safe neighborhood with an Amazing office crew, this is it. I haven't had any issues yet ud83eudd1eud83cudffc but I have faith that if I do they will be handled appropriately and in a timely fashion. Thanks a Million Tracey!!! ud83dude0a

Let me piggyback off the 1 star reviews.. I been at this place 2 years and ALL I have to say is I definitely agree with the other 1 star reviews. Management is VERY RUDE and they never want to pick up the phone but quick to place letters on your door. My 1st year wasn’t like this but this new management is unprofessional to the fullest. If I had any suggestions I would say always do a email paper trail because they never communicate with one another and once corporate is involved everyone acts as if they are “super manager.” Property was nice for a starter place but management and the way they talk to you and handle things make this place a total ONE star. Good luck to the new residents just take some advice from the 1 star reviews PLEASE!!!!!!!

HORRIBLEEEE!! Only had a 10 month lease and this management is so unprofessional! My air conditioning was off for 6 months only had a 10 month lease and they didn’t accommodate in any way after making us wait 6 months paying $300 bill for a/c that doesn’t work in a 1bedroom! In the middle of a pandemic no air and no one care nothing we could do about it went up there every day! Don’t do it to yourselves this is the most ratchet neighborhood I ever experienced
