Spring Lake Apartments

Ehh, nice gym and lake, but been here for years and they still haven't fixed my vent to my second bedroom(freezing in the winter).

The process of even getting approved takes weeks not one to five days or a week or two they drag out the process to try to find any place you owe even if it’s been years ago just to get a risk fee. They literally pull addresses from when you were a kid. So far it’s a no for me. Wish I would have known before applying how long the process takes. So zero stars for being money hungry

lived here 2 years and its a quiet place and its kept clean. Katrina is by far my favorite in the office but that is about it, the first year i had ants really bad coming out of the drain in the master bedroom tub and i was told by a manager no longer there to buy raid because the spray they use is equivalent, the following year i started getting little spiders in the sun room no matter how many times someone came to spray, winters are cold so invest in some heaters like i did and the summers are hot so we had several fans to help with the old unit, the appliances and overall apt is dated for the 1200 plus dollar rent, i referred someone and never received a referral fee and they had to buy a ac unit to keep cold in the summer, the building i lived in was great being in the front but the back always had issues according to the person i referred, its a lady in my building that i complained about as well due to parking, she has a van in the front spot that hasnt moved since may or 2020, and another vehicle that she doesnt move as well, instead she will have friends pick her up so that she doesnt lose her spot which seemed pretty unfair, this is the worst place ive lived in and im glad i left, beware before coming here. the model unit they show is really nice and its the reason i signed the lease but the apts are pretty trash for city pricing, i loved the location however and its great for someone that may not have a vehicle. the cons outweighed the pros for me. good luck if you plan on moving here

I have never given a good review for an apartment complex, as I am a VERY particular person. Although I've only been here for a few months, I am pleasently surprised at the hard work and dedication of this community. Ms.Katrina and her team are the absolute best . I can honestly say that I have never been in a community where the grounds are this well kept, there is no trash on the ground, no bug problem, no mold problem , no old apartment smell, if rules are broken they are handled and people are held accountable, if something breaks, the mantinence men are on it with no questions asked. When I tell you, I am emotional about this place because I feel so at peace when I come home. It is truly a hidden gem .Thank you Spring Lake for being the model community that you are !
