Clayton County Police Department

I was in a fender bender yesterday. Both my vehicle & person who hit me was stopped on the road. Police squeezed by us & kept going. Call 911 & was told not their jurisdiction. She told me to go to College Park. I was told wrong precinct. Called police several times. All were rude, until Officer Chambers arrived. He explained what I needed to do & he was professional. I appreciate his kindness towards me. Thank you!

I moved from Smyrna to Clayton county and it is horrible. I called 911 around 11 pm and informed them that a truck was parked under neath my bedroom window and that I thought I heard some one trying to get in my home. I called three times, 911 would never tell me some one was on there way to check out what was going on. They only could tell me that some one would get there as soon as possible but call them back if I had any new details!! What. I said so no one is on there way, Its me and my toddler daughter, its a white suv parked underneath my bedroom window at night. The operator told me we have informed Clayton county Police department and they will get there as soon as possible, but dont go outside. My boyfriend had to rush home and find out why the car was parked there. 25 minutes later. I called them back and told them that I no longer needed the cops. Mind you, they were never on their way. So basically I know that I can not depend on Clayton Police to get to my house to help me if some one is breaking in. Scary!!

Worst I’ve ever encountered, considering moving far away.... oh and your filthy K-9 unit left hair all over my car....I think the fleas came from the officer! I appreciate the time wasted though

I calld for information about a vehicle that was impounded because my vin didnt show in theyere system ... (for some odd reason ) but it showes in every county around it ...i have paper work to show..(some one needs a system upgrade ) or a compleat shut down...any way...i callled exactly 26 times and got hung up on 22 of thoes times sad (but the hurrassment is real)
