Mr. G was AWESOME! He provided excellent customer service and had a friendly/kind disposition. He was punctual and very knowledgeable. I appreciated his flexibility with my needs and he made sure that the job was completed to my satisfaction. My nephew recently graduated with his HVAC certification. Not only did Mr G. take care of my HVAC needs, but he also took the time out to allow my nephew to shadow him during the job and this allowed him to add to his knowledge base. Mr. G. was able to make an emergency house-call when my furnace stopped working in the middle of winter. He was efficient at repairing the furnace in a timely manner. He’s professional, polite and very knowledgeable. His price was fair and reasonable. Would I use his service again... ABSOLUTELY! Would I recommend his business...MOST DEFINITELY!!
