The Spheeris' clearly love what they do and they took on our transaction as a personal challenge and worked tirelessly and diligently to see it through. We moved here from Georgia. Our home in Georgia sold quicker than we expected, so we were in a rush to find the perfect home in Wisconsin. We contacted Jennie Castillo on a Tuesday and flew in on a Thursday to spend one day in the market. With short notice, Jennie had a good selection of homes to look at that were in our price range and style preference. She provided an excellent explanation of the different suburbs of Milwaukee, which helped us choose the perfect town for us. She went above the call of duty. She responded quickly to my text message and emails. Her attention to detail gave us great comfort and a sense of security. I highly recommend her!nnAnd if we ever do decide to sell our house, she will be the listing agent!

As new home-buyers my wife & I did not know much about the home-buying process. Sure we read articles online and received advice from friends and family, but having Tad Williams as our realtor was HUGE. He answer all of our questions and did not hesitate to educate us through the process (even as we felt some questions were trivial). He listened to our list of must-haves, kept us within our budget and was very quick to alert us of new listings and schedule showings around our busy schedule. My wife works days and I work nights so it was important for us to see the properties together as much as possible. Tad had no problem working his schedule into ours and it payed off as we found our first home in a matter of weeks thanks to Tad. We really enjoyed the knowledge that Tad brought to the table. You could tell he has been in the industry for a long time and for us that was a BIG plus. He was able to tell us what to look out for and guide us through what it would cost (ballpark of course) to repair some things. His advice was completely neutral, which was also refreshing. We never felt like he was “selling us”, merely telling us what to look for and what a home-buyer would be interested in.nnThe only unfortunate part of buying our first home is that we no longer need Tad’s services!
