Shay was wonderful to work with he shared the entire buying process of the 2020 market up front, helped us to develop a plan that would best fit our family. From selling one house to buying another Shay made both transaction flawless. After buying two homes through Shay we can’t imagine using anyone else!

Shay was recommended to me by a former client (the highest kind of compliment/review). Shay handled the selling of my 84 year old father in laws home and lots. Shay was kind and compassionate understanding the emotional challenges of selling property my father in law bought, built his house on and raised his family. Shay ensured my father in law and I understood everything to assist with decision making. I trusted Shay so much I left early back to California knowing he would professionally handle the closings. I can’t say enough positive things about this guy. We moved to the area to start my pediatric practice and the hospital had initially set me up with a realtor from a large company. I really didn’t get much attention from that person and so I asked the recruiting coordinator for an alternative. She said she had personally used Shay before and recommended him instead. Man I am glad she did! Right away you could see a difference in his work ethic and attention to detail. The guy works tirelessly to get you any piece of information you need to make a smart purchase. He is constantly available for questions. Clearly, he knows the area well and he is able to keep up with the rapidly changing market here. He was never pushy and offered up a lot of great ideas that I didn’t even consider despite searching every online site known to man. In the end, we found the perfect home for us. I would recommend Shay to everyone I know.

Shay Froemming is the most reliable realtor I know. He spearheaded a challenging circumstance with professionalism, competency, and efficiency. I appreciate his hard work and am still astonished how the process advanced seamlessly, solely due to his diligence. He is kind, considerate, and excellent at explaining step-by-step what to expect and how to trouble shoot roadblocks. Guy is amazing!!! Worked with him since I was 19 and I'm now 23 and he found our families beautiful first home!!! Cant thank him enough for not giving up and helping is accomplish this goal!!! A strong recommendation is given to Shay if ANYONE of ANY age is looking to buy/sell!!!!
