The manager at around 8:48pm (dark skinned skinny taller guy) was extremely rude when I had asked why I was charged extra for substituting the meat with beans because I am vegetarian. Not only did he refuse to give me his name (because he obviously knew he was being abrasive) but he gave me a fake store number. The cashier (Rontavious) was also very rude to me. As a small business owner, not only is it terrible to have a work ethic like this, but it’s definitely terrible for business. Also got food poisoning/ upset stomach because they still put meat in my food and it wasn’t done properly. Never coming back here again.

I eat here a lot since I work close by. I got to say their customer service is always excellent and they keep the spot well organized all the time. Rates are convenient and they serve big portions.

Usually I have bad experiences with fast food places, which is one reason I never go. But I was working late and far from home and needed something to eat. In the past any time I ask for extra anything from taco bell, they never deliver. So it's been years that I've eaten there. But this night I took a chance. The drive thru line was long so it took a little while. That didn't bother me. But the lady working drive thru was very friendly and patient. And whoever made my food put the extra toppings I asked for. So I was really happy about that. Unfortunately I likely won't be back at any taco bell anytime soon because 99% of my experience there is bad, no matter the location or time of day. Never add extras that I paid for. Smashed hard tacos and terrible attitudes. But this location did a good job and was friendly, so I wanted to acknowledge that.
