This cleaners lost my silk Lilly Pulitzer blouse and offered to pay me $20 or give me a store credit. What a joke I wish I was able to give them 0. Will NEVER use them again.
This cleaners damaged my silk shirt and the owner Tony stated he would reimburse me. Well he never did. They have poor communication skills and horrible service. When I received my black shirt it was covered in white stains and lint. I tried to support my community by taking my clothes to a black owned business. It’s sad to say they have failed my expectations. I will never in my life do business with this cleaners again and would recommend anyone who reads this to STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! This cleaners is so unprofessional, hood and ghetto!!!!!
