I called True Care after another company was scheduled to come out. When the first tech got here he was rude and the price was over double than what was originally quoted. I could have dealt with the price but it was his attitude was what got me. So I called True Care and was able to schedule for him to come out that afternoon. Everything about the experience was great. I definitely will be calling you guys again in the near future. 100% recommended.
They did not do a good job my carpet still dirty they never change the water
Excellent job by Billy. Very trustworthy. He did not need any supervision. In fact we left the house for him to lock up after he finished and he did just that. He was committed and focused. Recommend him to everyone. Thank you Billy.

Absolutely wonderful job! My carpets were cleaned, pretreated, and and smelled great. Out of all the professionals out there, he did the best job. My carpet had high traffic on a daily basis and kids had stained the carpet with food and drinks. True care came in an did an amazing job and 2 months later; I had to call them out again. Second time around, he did an even better job and it was cleaned wonderfully and smelled great. I love there service. They are my go to carpet cleaners. Thanks for everything you do.
