I have been to this cleaners three times. Today will definitely be my last. The customer service at Oxford cleaners is absolutely TERRIBLE!! The girl at the front counter has very poor customer service skills. The atmosphere in this place isn't welcoming at all. She has a very nasty attitude and she acts like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed and doesn't want to be there. This female shouldn't be the first person people see when they walk in because her attitude is VERY disrespectful, and distasteful! I truly miss CUSTOM CLEANERS on 85! The lady there had EXCELLENT customer service skills and she treated her customers very nice and respectful. My family went to Custom cleaners for over 15 years! Unfortunately the business has closed. My family will have to find another cleaners because Oxford cleaners definitely isn't where we will continue to spend our money!
Horrible service... I paid way more than I have at any other cleaner and I expected great service. Not only did they not finish my clothes on time with the extra day I have them. They ruined my shirts. I will never go back
