This business is trash. I went to have a dress altered and the woman looked at it for 1 minute and told me that it was too much work and she couldn’t do it. This is the second time I went to have a dress altered and I was told the work could not be done. This is ridiculous. I am not asking for them to create a whole new dress but to take the dress in so that it fits. There are several other alteration businesses down the street from this location. Don’t waste your time at this one!
I went to get my work skirt altered and when I asked if I can get 3 inches cut off she was very judgemental and said that’s going to be to short. Number one you should just do your job and two you know nothing about how that skirt looks on me because you didn’t see it on me that skirt is past my knees so 3 inches is only bringing it up right above it just barely. (P.S. It can’t be to short because like I said it’s my work skirt and I work at the airport there’s a dress code they wouldn’t even allow me to wear it short like what she’s thinking). N lastely she asked me when do I want to come pick it up told her when and she was like two days ?? And had an attitude.. that was my first time getting anything altered I didn’t know how long it takes if you knew you couldn’t do it by then then why would you ask me you should’ve just said I can have it ready for you in three days and you can come pick it up by such and such date anytime after whatever time..
Female owner is rude, gets upset when asked to repeat herself, due to her lack of English. Because of the convenience from my job I over looked it until today when she tried to be rude and over charge me. I took my items and will be finding a new place regardless of how far I may have to drive. She is very rude, nasty and charges people differently. I'm not sure what she bases her prices on but she is not consistent with all people. Also the name of the store front is Jolie's not Tammi's.
