Park 9 Apartments

I ABSOLUTELY Love Park9!!nThe move in process was so smooth and easy. There was no hassle, no delayed in response, no false advertisement, or false presentation about the community or the ladies handling the tenants. Mrs. Flowers was easy to reach, easy to talk to, and very quick with response.nShe was well knowledgeable about the property and recommendations she gave were on spot! They were always nice when you called the office and more than willing to help with anything.nnMy apartment is phenomenal! I feel as though I have a city view!!(REALLY I SEE EVERYTHING) I am on the top level, with a feel of being in a penthouse, I LOVE IT!! The website is true to details, no false pictures, no exaggeration, etc... Everything about my apartment was correct and more than I expected. I look forward to being a new resident in this community and I can't wait to see what's in the future. This is truly a hidden GEM Community and I know more is to come! Definitely bigger things to come and I am proud to call this my new HOME!!!

Let me start by saying that I do not usually give out 5 stars, even if I like the establishment. However, these are the absolute nicest leasing agents I have ever experienced. Whenever I speak to them on campus, they are very kind, efficient and professional. I have family that live in this community and these folks know who I am and I don't even live in the community. The groundskeeper is always friendly and pleasant.

I have lived here for 2 years and just renewed my lease for another year. This is a community that feels so safe. The staff is wonderful and efficient. The property is beautiful and gives the feel of being in a relatively remote location with nature all around while being close to everything! I would recommend living here to anyone.

Trash dumpster piled high outside of dumpster. Not sanitary. Other than that...apartments are great

I’ve been at Park 9 going on 3 years. I immediately loved the size of the community, not too big....just perfect! I’m impressed the staff remembers residents names and really makes it a great place to live. Great community overall
