Glenda has been wonderful to work with and we love the home we are renting. We just renewed our lease and have been completely satisfied with our experience. When the water heater went out, it was replaced within 48 hours and when the furnace went out one evening, it was fixed the next morning. That is beyond any experience I have had in the past and I truly appreciate how easy it has been to work with Georgia Rental Group. Everyone at the office and everyone who has come out to our house have been incredibly friendly and helpful. This is a company that you can trust.

It's unfortunate how unprofessional and rude Georgia rental company is. As a tenant I pay my rent every month on time but when it's time for them to fix something that's broken they're so uncooperative , rude and unprofessional that's really sad and unfortunate. Very bad experience this is definitely my last year with them I'm over it.

Horrible experience. Sandra Watkins has been rude when we brought things to her attention. I have tried contacting her multiple times to sinply discuss things and we were met with rude defense. The owner of the property made life very uncomfortable with her 20 dogs, which we were originally told were only 4.
