Beware! I bought a house listed by this company. After closing I found a serious omission and errors in the listing that resulted in our not having heat when we needed it due to misrepresentation and failure to disclose information that had been shared with James by the neighbor. When I wrote James to rectify, he came over with a offer to give me $300 as inducement to sign a waiver absolving them of any responsibility. Wow. I expect a much higher level of integrity.
