My wife and I moved in to The Darby back in December. This is our first home together after getting married in November. The Darby has been a great place to live. The facilities are kept clean and the streets and stair wells are well lit at night. Georgia Baker was our leasing agent throughout the application and move in process. She was very responsive and helpful! After submitting our application, she called within 10 minutes to make sure we had everything needed to finalize our move in. I emailed her with a few questions throughout the process and she responded same day and even after closing hours. Overall a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this apartment complex! Ask for Georgia Baker if you plan on filling out an application!

The Darby has been so helpful in preparing to move my dad here from out of state. Melissa Watson has answered numerous questions and phone calls by my dad and myself. She is very patient with him, as he is hearing impaired. We are looking forward to having him live here in Georgia and it all started with Melissa’s warm smile and compassion.

Melissa was amazing at helping me with my new apartment! She was super informative and communicative with my lease signing. She went above and beyond to make a quick move in for me and I couldn’t be happier here! This place is fresh, quiet, and a great location too! I’m so glad I chose this place for my new transition home while hoping to buy a house this year. Definitely recommend The Darby and ask for Melissa if you can! Love the Darby!! If you are thinking of moving here- DO!nMelissa Watson was our leasing consultant and my roommate and I cannot say better things about our experience. As soon as we walked in to tour the complex, Melissa was so kind and helpful and genuinely wanted to provide a great experience for us. She was extremely welcoming and professional throughout the entire process, including weekly phone call check-ins to make sure we had everything we needed. We love Melissa and our new home at the Darby!

The moment I walked into the Darby leasing office I felt welcome. Darius was very friendly and helpful. He ensured the application process went smoothly and helped me stay on track with all the paperwork. I had a smooth move-in, no unexpected surprises and the apartment was ready on time and in excellent condition. I am happy with my decision to make Darby my home for the next year.
