Been living here for 9 years been threw a lot of different management and this by far is the BEST! They are friendly and clearly care about the residents!

Harbor Creek apartments was an okay apartment. The place is quite and not much happens. My neighbors, one particularly, was pretty annoying. The gate is awful and the security arm came down on my car three times leaving dents and paint marks. When it got closer to move out, the office was really not accommodating and seemed like they wanted to squeeze every penny out of a struggling college student during corona. The apartment was nice but I disliked the way the office is operated. Every time I called the office through my entire lease I usually got off the phone still having questions or more frustrated than I started. Out of all the apartments I’ve had this is one of the lower one solely due to the fact I felt I was treated poorly after I had spent a year being a good resident. They seem to just be here to get your money and not create a more homely environment like some of my previous apartments. I am happy to be at my new apartment.

We just moved in, but I have been in contact with the office staff for over a month polishing details and getting things in order. We needed something specific for our family and the staff was nothing but accommodating! The staff has been so friendly and helpful. I've never been made to feel like a burden or an annoyance with the thousands of questions I had. We came from a rough community so this has truly been a breath of fresh air for us. We already met our neighbors and everyone is so friendly here. We feel very blessed to call this community home. The property is well maintained and is conveniently located to plenty of options for groceries and quick bites.
