I went to port #5 which only worked on the rinse setting, no soap, no tire cleaner. I witnessed 3 other customers in 3 other ports with the same problem. No phone number that answers complaints and no manager on site.
They need to get vacuums that has real suction POWER, and lasts longer for your Buck!!!!
Vacuum either don't work our the ones that do stank
I like this car wash because if your quick you can wash your car for $2 that's awesome. And the secret is to 1. RINSE off Debris 2. Use the SOAP BRUSH 3. RINSE off soap and 4. Use the WAX to help dry the car faster. Remember to clean your rims and tires. If you use the conditioner and it falls out you can still use it from the pile. Make sure you bring your cleaning wipes and micro fiber towels for detail cleaning and drying.
Vacuums doesn't work properly. Property isn't clean.
