Amazing work!!! Received my car back within 24hrs and he knock down the price. Considering I’m not from here originally and came across his shop, I am overall impressed. Will come back if needed for future services.

The woman at the front, Amanda was very helpful, knowledgeable & candid about the best protocol to use & pricing. She answered all questions enthusiastically & attentively. I haven’t gotten my car detailed yet, but because she was so helpful, I’m sure I’ll return. They also have a life-long warranty on all products they work to fix.

Excellent professionals at NeedAFix. My daughter had some body work done there (hood, bumper) and we can't be more pleased. Not only do they do great work, but they stayed on estimate as far as $$ and even beat the estimate of time to completion. Also, they were very personable, engaging and recognized us when we came in. Last, I don't think her car has been that clean in a LONG time! It's good to know we have such a great place in the community - well done and highly recommend!

My daughter while attending college away from home had an auto accident. Being that I was out of state, I felt defenseless. I requested the owner of the other car to get three estimates. Of the three Need a Fix was far more reasonable than the other two. Not only because of the lower prices but they came highly recommend. Again, I was out of state and really unsure of what to expect. When I spoke to George I was somewhat relaxed. As the process for repair was underway George assisted with renting a car for the owner. When I say he made me fell reassured that I was in good hands, having to not have meet him, was a big relief. Thanks George and Need a Fix, you are awesome!!! BTW Amanda the Office Manager was equally as important in making me, an out of state customer, feel highly confident that the process would go smooth. BTW yes it did well beyond my expectations.

Will not return to this establishment even if the work was free of charge. Not professionals and have no concept of time. Took nearly a month for a job that shouldn't take no more than 2 weeks. Therefore ruining my own plans. If you are paying out of pocket and value your time, I'd recommend somewhere else that is more detailed oriented and able to do the job right the first time. No courtesy calls nor realistic updates. So much for trying to support a black owned business. Lesson learned. Owner seemed honest however workmanship is lacking. Support at your own risk.
