Been here once and the wash was good. Value is where this place lacks. With so much competition in the area you get more other other washes. Tire shine for example, is not at the entry level nor mid level or even a option. Only the $18 wash gives tire shine. I don’t know many people who don’t want tire shine on their tires. This is why in the vacuum area everyone is applying their own tire shine. Your close competition gives a better value for the money.
Would give them a 4 but the vacuums either don't suction well or fall apart while using them. But I like the shape of the nozzle on the vacuums because I have small children so its easy to get all the stuff in between my seats and thats why I go here! The wash is nothing spectacular you can tell its a speedy wash because there be spots still that I have to get myself
Love Tommy's Express car wash on Tara Blvd we have a monthly subscription plan, our Toyota Matrix goes through twice a week. Staff is very nice and helpful, the air dryer actually dries your vehicle, tire shine applied looks great. Only issue we have is our license plate gets bent during wash process which means I have to remove plate and flatten it back out every time. We wish Tommy's Express car wash the best of luck in expanding across the state.
They would get a better rating if their vacuums worked more often. The majority of the time their vacuums barely suction anything up. Makes you wonder what the employees are responsible for.
I love this location. The staff is very friendly and everything is always clean from the equipment all the way down to the bathroom. And the $29.99 monthly unlimited wash is well with the price. It's an excellent value!
