Wayne is amazing and dies it right the first time. We have used him for many years and have never been disappointed. Trustworthy and fair pricing for excellent work. We just had him change out the workings on all of our toilets and it’s great to flush the toilet and walk away without having to wait and see what I needed to do to stop the water flowing. And he remounted a toilet someone else said needed replacing. Totally trust Wayne. Best plumber ever!

I had a problem with my water heater and contacted Brooks to fix it. The fix took about 10 minutes but they were charging me for an hour (fair enough). Rather than waste the remaining 50 minutes, I asked to have a section of pipe replaced in my garage as it had multiple breaks and repairs over the years.nnThe repair was done but with considerable destruction of the dry wall along the length of the pipe combined with no effort to clean up the mess. Has Brooks never heard of a drywall knife? It leaves a clean cut rather than the mess from pounding out the dry wall with a hammer.nnOverall, the work felt unprofessional.
