Excellent Customer Service. As a male, this was my first time getting a pedicure. My wife talked me into it and I trust this shop. They are Black owned also! They were extremely gentle and made sure I was absolutely comfortable. I would highly recommend Nailz and Beyond because just as their name suggest, the service goes past just nails, they include comfortbility and great customer service.
Great customer service, everyone was polite and the vibe was just right. If you want to relax yourself with great service this is the place to be. Support our people, black owned businesses! I will be coming back, thanks.
I went to this establishment because its black owned the owner was very nice and very knowledgeable on her technique My Nail Tech was a little slow but hey cannot rush perfection I love my nails I will be a return and repeat customer and I agree they do need to remove that $3 surcharge when you use your credit/debit makes you physically just want to come with cash
Troi was my nail tech my first time there and she had me at ease right away. I didn’t know what I wanted as far as design she asked questions about what I liked and my dislikes and in the end I was pleased. Definitely be back!!!
They were nice and she did my nails just the way I like them. They definitely have a new customer in me
