Crooks. They will overcharge you for items on pickup without prior telling you that it is an excessive charge ($26/item) when all previous cleaners have charged $6-$8 for this item. When it comes to customer service the lady at the front desk (image of the company) has absolutely none. While trying to figure out why it was so much more she ignored me while taking personal phone calls not once but twice. The lack of the professionalism is why this will be my first and last visit to this business. I certainly hope that the owner takes a close look at some of the reviews on their business because as I read some of them it’s apparent that this is not a unique situation with the customer service.
Have only used this company once but they did a great job and you cannot beat their prices!! Already took a second set of my husbands suits. Definitely recommend!
Best dry cleaners amd best shirt launderers anywhere.
They blatantly lie as to when your clothes will be ready. Work not done on premises. Brought clothes in and was told tomorrow after 5. Showed up at 6, no clothes. I said I’ll be back tomorrow. Came back after 5, no clothes. Needed my stuff to attend office party that night. Very frustrating. Customer service is not good also. Find another cleaners.
