I have been going to this dry cleaner for about 3 years. They are consistent with their services and very good. There was one time I went about 8 months without having anything dry cleaned. When I walked in the lady at the front desk remembered my name. They are genuinely themselves, and are diligent to providing their service efficiently and professionally.
Excellent Customer Service. They take great care to clean your clothes in a time sensitive fashion.
They are awful. I took some shirts up there to be cleaned. When I got back home, the spots were still on there. I took them back up there so they could redo them. When I went to pick them up, she wanted to charge me for them again. The spots were still on there. Talk about customer service, well lets just say she didn't know what that was.
