Incredible customer service and very good prices. The owner even drops gas prices by 20 cents on occasion as a thanks to customers. Ran by the same people for a while now and many of the employees stay in service for many years because of the great environment, which in turn means the customers get taken care of by people who like their job. Cant recommend enough!
Cleanest pumps ever!!!
Apparently this place has been run by the same people for eons. They are very friendly especially with truck drivers that they’ve known forever sometimes they can be a little too relaxed and far away from the front counter. Other than that they’re always friendly and helpful. The one woman with the ponytail has actually worked there since she was 16 years old and then eventually her husband died and she married the owner who she’d known her whole life. Nice people a little lax in attentiveness but I always feel safe going in there.
A friend stopped here to get gas and right after she had prepayed 20$ cash, I called her cause my father had literally just passed away and I was on my way to the hospital. She drove away without the gas. Within 5 mins she noticed because she was on E and the gas light was on, so she drove back around and Charles McCmilligan said someone else had got the gas and wouldn't give her the gas. I will never use this gas station and I will make sure everyone else is fully aware of what heartless crooks they are!!!!
I live by this chevron and have gone to it for a long time. There is a younger girl with very long hair and guy who work there who are very nice and polite. However, there is a heavy set lady (her hair is always in a bun) who works there who is horribly rude. The last few times she was working she was getting herself coffee and completely ignoring the customers standing at the counter. This past time my boyfriend and another customer ended up just putting their stuff back and leaving because she was standing there unloading a box and, even though she knew they were standing there, continued to completely ignore them. She has horrible customer service skills and has lost customers because of her rudeness. There were even several times when she was standing at the counter texting and ignoring the people standing right in front of her waiting to pay.
