My friend and I received pedicures today. They were awesome. Very clean, the chairs were comfy with good massagers. The little extra pop we got was a little flower that was done very nicely. Reasonable prices
They were busy but it was a Friday afternoon and it was beautiful outside. The lady who did my pedi was very nice and she truly did a great job but she was really rough with the cuticle trimming (I have scabs to prove it) and when she was buffing my toenails, my already sore cuticles took another beating. I don’t know if I’ll be back, I may try a couple other places. She really was nice and thorough otherwise.
Debbie was great! We had a very nice conversation. I waited two weeks to write my review to see how long would the nails last. They lasted three weeks! Great job, Debbie! I will see you next week.
They did not have enough staff to take on all the customers that walked in yet they kept taking clients. This caused the technicians to rush so much and do a shoddy job. One of us didn’t even get lotion / oil on the hands after the SNS manicure. The SNS was super thick even after telling them to file down multiple times. Overall not impressed with their work. They used to be great but their service level has dipped.
Crystal and Long are AWESOME. Salon is very clean and all of the staff are courteous and professional. Soho has a customer for a long time.
