This was my first visit based on reviews and they did not disappoint. I wanted something to go with the print and spring vibe of my purse so I showed her a picture. Julie did an amazing job. Everyone was down to earth friendly with a relaxed atmosphere overall. She completed a full acrylic set (ombre) in like 40 mins! without me feeling like the quality was rushed through and the prices are right on point. Definitely give them a try!!!

I’m pretty unhappy with the way my nails turned out from my recent visit. I had grown my nails out for months and have never used tips. The person doing my nails chopped them all off so short thinking she was taking off the tips, but they were my natural nail. I did try to let her know a few times, but it was already done. To fix it, they added tips to my nail so they would be longer. It was an honest mistake, but I’ll now have to start over and I’m assuming pay for extensions moving forward as this will take a while to grow back out (i didn’t have to pay for them this visit). Additionally, my nails underneath weren’t shaped before adding the tips, so they are very jagged underneath from chopping them down. It’s been one day and the jagged natural nails underneath the extensions are already bothersome to me. Although they were apologetic, I thought it could have been handled better. Now that I’ll be growing my nails back out, it would have been nice to have extensions provided free of charge at least the next visit or even a discount this visit.. Unfortunately, I’ll be finding a new place. I have had some good experiences here, but I feel like this was not handled as well as it should have been and I just wanted to provide feedback from a customer.

This was 1st time here. I have SNS with tips. Johnny did my nails are did a PERFECT job. All staff was friendly and professional. This is my new nail salon. And the salon was so clean. Thank You Nail Queen!!

Julie and Michael took care of me and my husband. They’re so nice and genuinely interested in their customers. Our first experience was really pleasant and we look forward to coming to see them again.

Just moved to the area and I’m very particular about nail salons. I’ve had some bad experiences in the past. This place was AMAZING. Everyone was so kind and professional. Johnny did my nails and they’re beautiful. So nice and understanding. My nails are exactly what I wanted and the price was not bad. Their COVID-19 precautions that they have in place here are great. I was very impressed and will return again. Thank you, Johnny for my beautiful nails!!!!
