Signature Nails

I've been to a few nail salons in the area trying to find my new place as I just moved here. This is the best location I have found.nnI get tips and S&S when I come once a month. The shape is always perfect, the texture is always smooth (less skilled technicians may leave ridges and bumps as they level things out), they always make it right if the color isn't what I was expecting, the price is amazing, and I never have to wait.nnI would love if they added a scheduling function to their website.nnWould also love to interact on instagram with them, but from what I can tell, they have no presence there.nnI highly recommend this location. And at the risk of making hey more popular so I have less access to her, Jen is a great technician and very nice.nnDon't waste your time or money going somewhere else.

Wonderful staff and very clean and professional salon. Cindy did a fantastic job - and has an impeccable memory! Everyone followed Covid-19 protocols and protections, and I love that they have shields installed at the stations. Excellent service.

It pains me to write this review as we’ve been faithful clients for a few years. Over that time I witness Vincent the owner display poor communication skills and unprofessional customer services to clients and technicians however this was my first time on the receiving end. He is just RUDE, does not listen and tends to talk over you. He is very defensive and disrespectful. It’s sad that Cindy is such a beautiful soul but constantly apologizing for his poor leadership and behavior. It is no surprise that they continue to lose their best nail technicians and now they’ve lost two additional clients. We will take our business to a shop that values us as customers or at the very least respects our money.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. My nails are lumpy and uneven even after POLITELY asking it to be fixed, not to mention the nail tech got the sns/glue all over my skin. When I asked if it could possibly be removed a different tech came over and started scratching at my skin with his nails which resulted in him tearing my skin and making me bleed... best of all he blamed this on my skin being dry, which obviously would be a result of the NAIL product being applied all over my skin. I tried to be polite and nice about the situation but instead of trying to help I was actually overcharged (I’m assuming for the “extra” service of scraping product off my skin). DO NOT GO HERE. They don’t take pride in their work and it shows.

I had an appointment. (I understand it’s a busy time of year) waited for an hour before I was ever put in a seat. Also, two women before me came in right before me and were not wearing a mask. All other customers in the place were wearing a mask. Deduction of stars for the owners not asking them to put on a mask either.
