The manager Nancy is very unprofessional and rude. Her employees messed up my online order (as usual) and I took it back so they could fix it. After fixing it they offered me a free sub for the inconvenience. When I went in for my free sub Nancy was patronizing. I explained the situation and she continued to question me mainly because she didn’t believe me. I called to speak to someone over her and she continued to laugh and call me honey. I was not rude at all, but she hung up in my face and never answered when I called back. They make really good subs, but they always forget something. And Nancy needs to be replaced because I work for Publix and we never treat our customers they way Nancy treated me.
Good customer service from the staff. Helped a new worker with a protein bowl for the first time. .
