Every single time I have ever come here it has been 30+ minute wait. The workers are miserable and make sure you know it. I went today at 1:00 and the drive thru attendant told me they are temporarily closed. (No construction, nothing unusual going on) I pull up and look inside, and she is enjoying her lunch in the lobby with the headset on. Great customer service. They should just tear the building down.

I arrived around 1:10 and it took me to about 1:20 to get up front. After waiting a few more minutes after getting to the front, I politely asked her about an item and she said it was unavailable. Then I attempted to order a regular taco “fresco” and they repeatedly said they couldn’t hear me and said “what is that!?” Then I could hear multiple people in the back saying “I don’t know what that is. Tell her that’s not a thing. That doesn’t exist.” Then the lady speaking to me yelled “We don’t have that. We don’t even know what that is.” It’s not a big deal but the workers should know the options if they work there. I order fresco at every other Taco Bell I go to with no problem. I work not too far from there and this was my second bad experience. I won’t be going back.

If I could give this restaurant a zero for a rating I would! I ordered a rice bean and cheese burrito and a lemonade. As soon as I get to the window the worker and the manager were playing around which is very unprofessional! Fast forward to the food I received the drink had a funny taste to it like it was mixed with water. And the burrito I ordered was torn apart! I am so livid and will probably never go back to a Taco Bell again!

The worker we had taking our order was very rude , the service alone was horrible , out of everyone in there no one came to the window for about 5 minutes , when we got our food , the gordy crunch was stale and the burritos weren't the normal sizes that they are , the drinks also tasted like carbonated water , horrible experience overall . the 3 five layer burrito i asked for weren't even made correctly . all i got was ground beef , shredded cheese and beans. any where else the order is perfect and jackson's taco bell was horrible . not only are the workers all in there and not getting to you right away , the orders aren't made correctly but on the receipt everything is correct. if i order something i expect for me to get what i asked for . i will never be going back there .

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! Will never be going to this Taco Bell/ KFC ever again. We ordered and they made us pull up, when they brought our food out we realized they didn’t give us some of our food when we went back through the drive thru the lady was RUDE like we were inconveniencing her for THEM forgetting to give us something we paid for. Anyways we drove off and went to eat our chicken chipotle melts and there were literally 3 pieces of chicken on them.... such a sorry excuse for a Taco Bell/KFC.
