This is the second time we’ve been into this store. Both men who work are non helpful and rude! They have horrible customer service skills!! Use True Value in Jackson, precious older couple that will go out of their way for you!
I bout some paint at an ace about 50 miles from my house and never got it tinted. 3 months later I went to tint it and the ace of McDonough couldn't get the color I wanted. I then went to the ace of Jackson and I found the man that could do it for me. Tom is the man! He was able to tint my paint in the correct color after 4 failed attempts from other stores!! 5 stars all day long!!
Well, I was installing an ice auger motor on a drive thru fountain. The new motor for whatever reason, did not come with the four mounting screws. One of the employees helped me find the perfect size screws for it. He was very helpful (wish I knew his name). Ace Jackson, GA is on point!
