Nashville Coin Laundry

I am beyond livid. I came to this laundromat today because from the outside it appeared to be very clean. I did two loads of laundry one in a larger front loader and then a smaller machine for my towels that was a top loader so that I could bleach them. Once the cycle was done in the top loader where my towels were, they were all mud brown. I felt it would be easier if I just rewashed them and tried to rebleach them and see if it may have been something in the washing machine at the time and I didn't see it. So I restarted the cycle again, gave it 5 to 10 minutes before I checked it and after it filled up, I noticed the water was mud Brown again. Keep in mind all my towels were white before bringing them here! At this point in time, all my towels are now mud Brown so I walk next door to inform the owner of the facility that something is wrong with this washer and I need them to correct this problem. He comes over and tells me that he didn't know if my towels were white and I said trust me, my towels were white and I even put bleach in them to keep them white and now your washing machine has ruined my white towels. He had the audacity to stand there and argue with me as he looked down in his washing machine and noticed that his water was running Brown out of the machine. I made the comment that if he would just rewind his video tapes from the time I came in 30 minutes ago he would see that I placed white towels inside of a machine, not brown towels. he then started spouting off something about where the water is pulled from and I told him that was not my responsibility that it is his responsibility to make sure that he is not ruining people's clothes with brown water. I understand that we wash it our own risk, but if I know that I'm going to have to worry about my clothing and towels becoming brown or changing color, because of his water not being clear, then I would not have used this facility. On the positive note, he did refund me $2 instead of $4. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS!!
