These folks are kind, experienced and compassionate about what they do. Very inspiring and they set an absolute example. Very pleased with their professionalism.
We got loads of information about keeping exotic animals as pets and were allowed to pet many of them. Most were abandoned or confiscated animals. We only met the small animals because the large animal enclosures weren't ready for outsiders. Why not 5 stars? Only because we had to make a reservation, and it was unclear where to enter. But in all fairness, it is a rescue sanctuary first, and a 'zoo' as a secondary purpose.
