The gentlemen who picked up and returned my carpet were excellent. Also when I called about cleaning my oriental carpets, the person on the phone was knowledgeable and explained the process throughly. I would definitely use Heirloom Carpets again and would tell my friends about them.
We were very pleased with our whole process with Heirloom. We easily found them on the internet, we were able to watch a video showing just what their process is for the carpets. We sent an email and got an immediate answer with a quote on how much it would cost to clean the rugs. They picked the rugs up on time, labelled them, took pictures and were very careful with them. They cleaned the rugs and delivered them back to us in beautiful renewed condition. They placed the rugs in the rooms and made sure we were pleased with their service. The cost was definitely worth the work they did and everything was accomplished with no effort from me. I would recommend their service to everyone. We were very pleased.
I would not recommend them.
We took 3 Pottery Barn rugs in to be cleaned. They look clean but they came back stretched out and will no longer lay flat no matter what we do. Unfortunately, a lumpy, wavy rug is not attractive on the floor. I would not recommend this service for Pottery Barn rugs. Maybe oriental is different.
