1000000% WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!!! Went through the LONG & DRAWN OUT process of buying a home. A realtor from this company (Cruz) made things 1000x more difficult by not responding until 1. The last day of any type of deadline or 2. Not responding at all and just completely ignoring us. Communication was the worst I have ever experienced.nnWent through the process of an inspection, appraisal etc. and came back with the repairs that needed to be done on the home (MASSIVE - windows that didn’t lock, roof damage - not tiny things that wouldn’t cost a massive amount of money to repair ourselves). The offer was sent for repairs and we were told they would repair 0 things and give us $1500 (like that would do anything at all). After we stated we would walk away the opposing side magically agreed to fix what was asked for. Also REFUSED to turn the water on. (fishy)nnRealtor Cruz did not check on any of the repairs during the process, never responded to the phone calls, emails etc. sent for updates during the month time span. Communication was like pulling teeth.nOnce weekend finally came to receive all receipts showing the repairs had been done by licensed individuals - Cruz then suddenly says he will get with his contractor (day before everything is supposed to be turned in via contract that was signed) to get things done because our realtor did a walkthrough and saw 1 of 12 things were complete - 3 days before we were set to close!!nnDay comes where we are to receive a copy of all receipts ..... no response so they ended up breaching the contract, we didn’t hear back until the next day stating the obvious that nothing was done.nnNot only was our time WASTED, CRUZ had the audacity to put the house back on the market the same day (quickest thing he has done this entire time) and lie - saying the house was back on the market because of US even though THEY were the ones who breached the contract!!! The listing says “BUYER FINANCING FELL THROUGH (FALSE) and house appraised well over asking price (ALSO FALSE).nnNot only is the communication and professionalism lacking sorely, but to lie on top of that is disgusting. I would never EVER recommend this company to anyone!!! I’ve already steered people away from this company. Do better because your professionalism is absolute TRASH.
