I have worked with Bulldawg Realty for several years and they have worked hard to make things work for my clients. I've had a couple of clients that had loan challenges and they waited for them to get things worked out. I haven't had anyone else do that. They try to make sure the client is satisfied. I have 3 open files now and am so pleased with everything they do!

We were warned, but we still decided to buy from her anyway bc we liked the house so much. I didn’t really deal with The Relator (I’m not gonna say her name) that much in person, but in person she is GREAT. Everything you would expect. But when you are not face to face expect to be misled, expect to not have any communication from them, etc. here is my experiencennThey purchased a neighborhood that went under in 2008, and began building homes in 2019. We were the 2nd family to move in. The wife loved the house, we had our relator ask questions, yada yada, made an offer, and before we made the offer our realtor informed us that communication might slow down after they accept our offer. It stopped. Every change we wanted to make was denied. Then the first walk through, all is well, they are a pleasure to be around, and all the issues I found were noted. Time goes on and still little to no response from The Realtor to our questions, but we persist. Then the final walk through. We could not get an answer from The Realtor about when they could meet us and we’re finally informed to do it without them. We did. There were issues. Namely the giant piece of wood that was missing from our front door that was “the fix” the a complaint I made out the door not closing properly. I didn’t complain about the door, and even if I did you don’t take a belt sander and remove 1/2” x9” off the inside corner. Contract states that issues that can be seen more than 6’ away will be fixed. You could see this from a cross the house. After sitting in the house for 2 hrs waiting for responses trickle in we left without any indication that the door would be properly fixed before closing (2 days). Fortunately the door was was fixed, but not well.nnNow, while going through all the above I asked about the property lines and was informed that my lines “follow the sod line”. Great! Nice, straight, right angles. A few days after moving in I attempted to located the pins but was unable to. Then, months later, one day I came home to find the surveyor my neighbor hired in my yard. He said that all the property plats on my neighborhood are actually at a 3 ° slant. I had another surveyor confirm and indeed my neighbors rear right corner lines up with the left most window of my master. The view we fell in love with is going to be hidden by a fencennNow that we are moved in (since February and it’s now sept) the original entrance from 2008 has yet to be remodeled and the only answer anyone can get is “soon” or “material has been purchased” yet they continue building homes and not making necessary repairs to the entrance and we cannot get an answernnSo I like my house and my neighborhood. I love the community that is moving in in spite of these issues (everyone else in the neighborhood has similar complaints) and I currently have issues that I’m choosing to not mention at this time. But I cannot recommend this realtor or the builder they represent (they are both owned by the same people)

We found the house on your own and was working with another agent and was not happy. We contacted Tonya and she linked us with homestar mortgage and we had the easiest, most pleasant buying experience. Not only is she very professional but the mortgage company she uses is of the highest standard as well. We had a few minor things that needed to be fixed once we purchased the house and she was there for us and made it happen. Love Bulldawg and the way they operate in a small business fashion.

They are awful! The builders they deal with are awful! Do NOT Buy any thing from them. Their houses are cheap and start falling apart after a year. It’s actually sad. They basically lie about everything. Check your permits and inspections on the homes to. You might find there are none. ud83dude1e I wouldn’t even give them 1 star but they force you to if you want to leave a comment. We live in a large neighborhood and almost every home has had issues with grading of their yards, water flow, doors not shutting properly, homes sinking, mold in the basements, cracking in ceilings and walls, trim coming off, bowed walls and bowed windows. If you dare buy a home from them don’t say I didn’t warn you when your house starts deteriorating.

Tonya was a dream to work with! Very professional, positive and one of the sweetest people I've had the pleasure to work with!
