I cannot recommend Andy and his crew enough. I am a new home owner and needed to do a bathroom addition- and I had very limited knowledge about this kind of project. Throughout the whole process, Andy was responsive, communicative, and provided quality work. He also helped to put me in touch with his network to connect me with other people I needed to complete the job. We got everything done on the timeline I needed because Andy is very thorough, and his pricing is fair. My bathroom looks amazing and I will continue to use this company going forward for my upcoming wood floor replacement and any other project that comes along.

Andy and the Water Pro team were wonderful to work with! Everything was prompt, responsive, courteous, and high quality. I would definitely recommend! They installed our carpet and flooring after we had a water heater leak in our basement.

I have used Water Pro Inc for water damage in the past. It was an excellent experience before for a much bigger problem so when I was unsure what to do, I called Andy to come take a look. He came out the next day and arrived exactly on time. He looked at the damage and identified the area where water had gotten under the hardwood floor. He said there were two ways to proceed and reviewed situations he had seen in the past. I was primarily concerned that the damage was limited to the area in question. He believed it was and offered to look under the floor as well to see if he saw anything more. He went into the unfinished area of the basement and checked that there was no water showing there. After reviewing my options, I decided to wait for any further treatment and contact Water Pro Inc in the future if needed. The entire experience lasted about 20-30 minutes. I have a plan now based on Andy's expertise and will not hesitate to use his service in the future. Highly recommended based on two times using Water Pro Inc.

I used Water Pro Inc for repairs to walls and floors due to water damaged. Andy and his crew were always professional, friendly and on schedule. Water Pro also works with you, they were prompt to respond, easy to communicate and willing to work with my insurance. The works was finished on time and done well. I will use Water Pro again and certainly recommend them.
