HL Supply

When receiving a order check the contents immediately. HL Supply has a 30 day return policy and they wont budge. I made several orders from them that were filled with incorrect parts. In particular I ordered 2 359 hyway cylinders. I received 2 357 cylinders. The boxes look the same. The difference is 1mm bigger piston in the 359. I called to simply exchange and since 30 days has past they refused to work with me. I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

I never received my order! Order was placed almost 4 weeks ago and still have not received my parts. Called customer service and asked that my order be resent or refunded. Priority mail tracking shows my order was never delivered. Customer service agent said there is nothing they can do until they get the package back. I feel they could have resent my order and done the leg work to get the original package back or file a claim. I do not recommend this company! Buyer beware!

Ordered the parts I needed online and within 15 minutes of placing my order I had a shipping number. I am Very pleased with speedy shipping and customer service. Product I received was exactly what I ordered. I will be ordering from HL supply more often .
