Jessup's of Daytona

Just picked up a custom made pendent from Jessup’s. I couldn’t be more please. They did a fantastic job. My husband passed away recently and I wanted his wedding band and my engagement ring done up into a pendent; memorializing my husband’s passing. The price was also very reasonable. This is the second piece I had them customize and it was also beautiful. Jessup is the best.

Excellent customer service from Cheri who helped us pick out a perfect ring setting and the gemologist who repaired and worked on my ring which was difficult to reset - We were so thrilled with the work and concern to do it correctly. THANK YOU - just wanted you to know we were very happy.

Not at all the business it once was. Service and quality has slid greatly. Called to ask about selling some old gold I had laying around after having great past experiences buying several pieces from them. After seeing on their website that the back entrance opened at 9am, I decided to call and verify. I made the call and a woman answered the phone and told me the back entrance had been closed for 2 years in a tone of voice that I was somehow suppose to already know this information. After that phone call my decision was easy. I simply went to another business where I was treated with 5-star service. I now will no longer recommend Jessups to any one buying or selling jewelry.

This is without a doubt the best pawnshop around. Actually it doesn't even feel like a pawnshop. Customer service is outstanding. Nicest group of people I have met. Their fees are great and prices are exceptional. They go out of there way to help you. There needs to be more places that treat you so well. I hope you all have a wonderful day and a blessed day. My engagement ring came from this jewelry store. I loved everything about it, but I had an issue with it spinning off to the side. When I took it into the store, Jeff suggested that we get it beaded. We spoke with the jeweler, who said the wait time was going to be about two weeks. The two must have seen the dismay on my face, because Jeff immediately reassured me he'd get it back to me sooner than that. He stayed true to his word! I got a call from him a day or two later letting me know the ring was ready for pick-up. When I picked it up, they had cleaned and refinished it and it sparkled like the first day I wore it! I was elated!nnSince purchasing my ring from Jessup's, we always receive gift cards for awesome deals in the mail from the jewelry store. I have purchased jewelry for my mom from here as well, and it's always been a great experience. This place truly has phenomenal prices and customer service... They've made a lifelong customer out of me!!
