The lady was very sweet but my hair color was completely wrong. I've been a strawberry blonde my whole life. Showed her pictures and emphasized I wanted to still be red but a brighter red (vibrant and bold) with blonde highlights. During the process, I kept emphasizing how I loved my strawberry blonde hair and I was excited for a brighter red (bolder look). She confirmed it was going to be a beautiful red similar to the pictures. After rinsing and drying, my hair was dark brunette. I was shocked. I emphasized how I wanted to be red. She confirmed it many times. I'm never disrespectful nor do I like to write a bad review, but I'm utterly disappointed. My family and husband were shocked.
