My husband and I needed to have a whole house water filter installed due to Deltona's lovely water. We called four (4) different highly recommended plumbers to do this. Three gave a price for labor (we had all the materials and even exposed the main line) ranging from $299-$385, one never even showed to give us a price. Two of the three that gave a price were scheduled to come do the work and never showed. We thought this would be a no brainer and easy money for a plumber, I mean we had already done all the hard work. After almost a month and a half of trying to get this done we finally found JG Plumbing recommended several times on a post in a neighborhood group on Facebook. My husband called and left a message. Johnny called back and scheduled for the next day around 12:30. He remained in constant contact updating us with his ETA and was on time. He completed the work immediately and in less than 30 minutes. FINALLY we found someone actually wanting to work and get paid. He was very reasonable on his price and even filled in the hole and smoothed out the the dirt. We will be calling on him to do some other work for us in the very near future. Great guy to work with, very professional.

4/23/20 I contacted Johnny Gonzales about run new pipes through my whole home, installing new pipes, valves, fixtures, washer valves, mop sink, 2 toilets, 3 sinks, 2 showers, 1 tub spout, adding in a second washer hook up, an outside shower, and outside sink. 7/2/20 Johnny and I agreed upon $3,500 CASH (1st RED FLAG) for LABOR ONLY as I supplied all materials. We agreed he would begin work on 7/9/20 and showed up with a helper. My husband had the NEW vanities for our bathrooms pulled out for Johnny to have the measurements for the new piping and Johnny stated he would not need them today and so just in case I sent him the specific measurements for the vanities via text, which is in the pics attached. Upon Johnny opening up the floor in the kitchen for the new island he ran his pipe and then closed the floor with cement which was a BIG NO NO and not up to code!  Anytime you cut into the foundation you are to spray termite protection before closing the whole. Johnny didn't give us that opportunity and DID NOT KNOW CODE. (2nd RED FLAG). Moving forward Johnny had to come back on SUNDAY 7/12/20 to finish running the pipes and installing the valves so we could move forward with the tile and drywall repair. He completed the piping on Sunday and requested that we paid him in full ($3,500 paid in cash 3rd RED FLAG), WHICH WE SHOULD NEVER HAVE DONE, but I have known Johnny for almost 30 years, went to grade school with him and have had work done by him when he worked for other plumbing companies, never for himself. BOY WAS THAT A MISTAKE! On 7/27/20 I notified Johnny that everything should be ready to go for him to finish his end of the job and we scheduled for 8/7/20. On 8/6/20 I sent Johnny a text that the kitchen would not be ready to install and that it would have to be done at a later time when we had a date for cabinet install, Johnny acknowledged the message and stated he would still see us tomorrow to finish adding all the fixtures to the piping and hook up everything. Johnny showed on 8/7/20 for 2.5 hours to fix his MISTAKE of piping the new vanities incorrectly. When Monday 8/10/20 came he realized he messed up big time and would have to rip the drywall out again to fix his mistakes. Johnny offered us $500 to not complete the work and to hire someone new to finish the job he was paid in full to finish. We did not accept and Johnny told us to sue him. We are now in the process of legally suing Johnny Gonzalez Plumbing Inc for our money back and also for out of pocket expenses that have occurred due to his unprofessionalism. He has threatened out family to the point that the cops have taken statements because we posted on social media about how he conducts his business.nPhotos of evidence have been posted under PHOTOS, MORE IN THE NEXT REVIEW
