I was in tractor supply on 5 sept 2020, to utilize their pet wash station for my dog, and i was highly turned off, 1) They didn't have towels to dry him off, i was OK with that, because they have blow dryers there. Ok no problem right, nope they never heated up, so it was just blowing cold air on him which didn't help the situation because the water coming out of the faucets in either of the wash basins where only warm for a couple minutes at most, even with the cold water knob completely turned off. When we finished and were walking out, I mentioned to one of the associates that we had a horrible experience and won't be coming back, they responded with I'm sorry to hear that, we'll look into it and that the filters were possibly clogged up, regardless we won't be back, store itself is good, just not the pet wash station they have, im sorry.
