The speed is usually pretty good, but I cannot recommend this location.nnWe had two trips here in the last week and both mobile orders were given to us incorrectly. The first time, they mixed up the bread on our two sandwiches. Today, they didn't put cheese on mine. That's pretty bad to not notice that there isn't cheese on a sandwich before you toast it.nnI'm not sure what the heck is going on with the employees at this location, but this is an F on their report card. That's just not good work, a complete lack of attention. Luckily, I have my own pepper jack cheese at home, but the point of going to a shop is to have a complete sandwich from them.nnGo to a different location.nnThe only reason I'm giving them two stars instead of one is because they did have our order ready both times we came in. If only it was what we ordered...

I ordered 5 footlongs and not one of them was prepared how i ordered it plus none of them were even cut in half!! I guess you have to go in and order at this store DO NOT order thru the app!! This isnt the first time its about the 3rd time they have messed up my online order. Last time they ran out of bread at 6pm and didnt bother to call but waited until i walked in to pick my order up to tell me they ran out!! I dont usually complain but enough is enough!! i can see maybe once or twice not being right but everytime i order and now all all 5 sandwhiches seriously!?!? What made me really madis that i ordered a steak and cheese and it has no cheese! Its not cheap to eat out especially when u have a large family like mine and its frustrating and its disappointing when its messed up this bad! I will be calling the manager tomorrow as well!!

The lady was picking up crumbs and opening cabinets and cleaning while waiting on my sub to heat up all with the same gloves on. (This is all while she never even changed them after making the previous persons sub!) And my bread was ROCK hard. Do better. These new employees SUCK
