I was looking for a handyman for a small project and 360 Total Clean was the first to respond even though it was after business hours. Their office coordinator, Andrew, was extremely professional as was the tech that they sent to the property. He did fantastic job. I also had the opportunity to speak with the owner, Wayne. It's very rare these days to come across a small business owner that cares about its customers. Their 5 star reviews are spot on! I am extremely pleased with 360 Total Clean and would not hesitate to use them again in the future!

I found 360 Total Clean by researching the reviews. I liked what I read, so I got in touch with them to do a special cleaning on my house. I had to reschedule twice due to unforeseen circumstances. Desiree was MORE than understanding and accommodating. The team showed up on time and immediately went to work. Each of them were personable, friendly and professional. Desiree showed up and brought me flowers because we had a death in the family (one of the reasons we had to reschedule)!!! How thoughtful!!!!nnThey did a FANTASTIC job and were done before we expected. My house smelled SO clean and fresh!! I was so impressed with the job, I immediately set up a bi-monthly cleaning!nnI would highly recommend them to anyone of my friends or family.nnI am so glad I found them!

I used both the contracting and cleaning services. I can honestly say that my house has never looked this good. Everyone that came to my house was friendly, and respectful. They were an amazing group of people that I would hire again without hesitation.

360 Total Clean came out and spent the day working diligently on the tasks we needed done. At the end of the day, other workers came to help finish up the job. Everyone was hard working and a pleasure to have working for us. A job well done and so appreciated. We will definitely call again.

Called multiple times and nobody answers the phone. Waited on hold for 20 min, multiple times, only to have the phone disconnect. They have a chat function on their website, but nobody responds to it. I have tried it multiple times. Emails are occasionally responded to, but not enough to actually schedule a cleanings. Finally a cheduled a cleaning through email. They didn’t even show up. Tried emailing and calling. No response.
