I have been calling for 2 days. No one ever answers the phone. Y’all need more employees.... was there yesterday and the poor cashier was the only working her butt off. No other employees were on the floor! She called numerous times over the speaker for someone to assist and no one ever came. After waiting 40 mins we left! Took our business else where.

Just called this place to see if they had a trailer hitch that would fit my car and the lady who answered the phone said I should just come in and look at them. When I asked if they had someone who could tell me what I need for my car she told me it was shift change time and she was sure if anyone could help me... So I guess I should look elsewhere

We drive about 25 minutes to get our Great Dane's food there. He has done exceptionally well on 4Health since he was a puppy. He's 5 1/2 now. They are always helpful, friendly and will carry your purchases to your car if needed.

The Store manager should be taught customer service. Over the years the customer service has turned terrible and it starts at the top.
