I had the pleasure of meeting Jim for the first time this past weekend and he is a wonderful Man. I went in with the expectation of buying two to three parts to fix a leak from my faucets hot water line. Instead of selling me parts that I did not need and to make money, Jim took his time to explain to me that only one simple part was needed. Jim is a rarity in todays world and I find him to be very honest and kind. I strongly suggest that if you need any plumbing parts/hardware you make your first stop to Jim and his store. Jim I thank you for your time and your honesty!! I will visit you first from now on and purchase all of my needs from you!
