Get it together. I come in wanting service with something and I'm told no because you are short staffed and a truck delivery just came in. Customers come first. Not my problem you are short staffed you still help the customer. I work in retail and I told a customer no that I could not help them because we were short staffed I would be in the office explaining myself to my boss. Unacceptable

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I needed a pole for a birdhouse I received as a gift, they didn't have it in stock so it was quickly ordered and had it shipped to the store for free. Nice to see this customer level of customer service still exists!
