Very disappointed. Brought my daughter’s shirt to be dry cleaned for a school event. They ruined her shirt! The shirt was not done when promised and I didn’t have enough time to purchase her a new one prior to her event. They were kind enough to not charge me for their service and didn’t offer reimbursement for the shirt they destroyed! Will. NEVER go back and strongly recommend you bring your cleaning elsewhere.

I went to Executive Cleaners on Shepherd Rd because I had a new formal uniform shirt that I needed pressed, so I dropped it off over the weekend. Well, I found out shortly afterwards that I needed that same shirt back for a picture at work, on a Sunday, a day before the shirt was going to be ready. The staff was extremely helpful in locating where this shirt was and getting it back to me on Saturday; pressed and ready to go. The customer service was exceptional and will definitely keep me both going back, as well as recommending them to friends and family!

I REFUSE to take anything to this place. The lady was extremely rude and refused to accept my comforter because my 2 year old accidentally peed on it. She said they won't clean it because of that. I've never been to a dry cleaners that refused a garment because of something as trivial as that. I called Regal Cleaners and the customer service was exceptional! The lady on the phone answered all of my questions for me and was extremely professional. I will be using Regal Cleaners from now on.

Unfortunately, there isn't an option for no stars. First, they stained our shirt. We took it back to fix and they were happy to clean it again. Over the past 3 weeks, the shirt went from not being cleaned yet to they don't know where it is to it needs to be replaced. They have only communicated information to us when WE have called THEM. Coming up to a month of this back and forth and we still don't know when we will get our replacement shirt and neither does their staff. I would never even bring a sock here again! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
