My husband and I used Jodi to purchase a home from another part of the country. We utilized FaceTime to see several properties and ultimately put in an offer. She also handled our home inspection appointment and used FaceTime for the inspector to take us through his findings while still in the home. She made herself available outside normal business hours which was extremely helpful when dealing with different time zones. She is attentive to neighborhood dynamics. We were able to do all the paperwork electronically and she was very patient in following up with us for getting the documents signed during a hectic time for us. After closing Jodi made herself available for follow up questions and gave us requested input on our remodeling plans for re-sale down the road. We won’t hesitate to use her again and will recommend her to anyone in this area buying or selling. She made the whole process easy and with minimal stress while purchasing the house out of state!

I found Jodi to be very professional and personable. She always answered my calls or returned them promptly if I had to leave a message. The sale of my house was extremely quick and she got more for it than asking price. All in all she and her team were invaluable and I am blessed I stumbled upon her.
