I have worked with Anthony and his team both personally and professionally on several occasions. All employees are extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing and will never try to up sell a product you do not need. They are on-time and courteous all while handling the problem in the correct way. Great company!
Respectful, Clean and most of all professional. I needed a whole home filtration system I bought from Lowes installed. Every other pluming company I called wanted to sell me a system. Aqua Duck was the only one willing to come out and not try and sell me anything. Aqua Duck sent a technician named Anthony. He arrived early asked me a few questions on what I had, where I wanted it and he got to work. He was done in just over an hour. Anthony left the area cleaner than when he started working. Not many would do that. He even took the time to set up the programing in the system and walked me through how it worked and how to reset the system if needed. I really feel this company and technician went above and beyond, not only because of the extra care Anthony took with showing me everything. This office is out of Dunedin FL and I live in Apollo Beach FL. So if you know the Tampa Bay Area it is not a local drive for him to come out. I will whenever I can recommend Aqua Duck to everyone that has a pluming need. Thank you Anthony and Aqua Duck
